What is the Pets In Need Food Bank?
Pet Food Assistance Program

Our Pet Food Assistance Program is designed to support
pet owners in Edmonton, Alberta, who are facing financial
difficulties. We aim to prevent beloved pets from ending up
in shelters or rescues by providing food and essential supplies
to families in need. These pets already have loving homes—
they just need a little extra help during tough times.

What We Offer
​
While we primarily provide pet food, we understand that pets may need more than just meals. When supplies allow, we also offer additional items such as:

Cat litter

Toys and treats
-
Beds and blankets
Please note that while we try our best, our ability to provide specialty food is limited. We will do our utmost to accommodate requests when possible.

How the Program Works
​
Our program operates on an appointment-only basis, and we serve the Edmonton area exclusively. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping services. If you're outside this area, we encourage you to contact your local food bank or SPCA for assistance.

To get started, simply fill out our EAP request form. Once submitted, we will schedule an appointment for you to collect the items.
